Learn about key aspects of sales & marketing and how to implement them in your new business to identify, anticipate and satisfy customer needs profitably. We will share how to use strategies such as the marketing 5P’s, to carry out effective marketing research that tells you key information such as what products customers want, how much they want to pay for it and where they want to buy it from.
