This programme will start at the basics of exploring exactly what it is you are looking for from your career and getting your CV and cover letters up to scratch.
We will begin the journey together and we will stand your side until you have successfully gained a new role and are settled in.
With regular coaching sessions and access to us when something happens such as an opportunity arises, or an interview is scheduled, we will be with you every step of the way.
This is a programme that will provide practical support and help you find the right thought-provoking answers.
Our programme can be self-funded or funded by your organisation as part of the support they offer.
The programme costs £1,100.00 + VAT and is seen by many as an investment to ensure your future is led by you.

Change Management Programme
We are now Managing Change in the ‘new norm’ and for us this means taking our training programmes on-line.
Our 3-part on-line Change Management programme explores tools and techniques to help you define what this looks like for you and your organisation.
