Local illustrator and published children’s author Kerry Dilks is exhibiting her work at Erewash Museum, including some as yet unseen pieces from her upcoming fourth book!
Throughout July and August, the “Four Seasons” exhibition will be in the museum’s Lally Gallery and features a variety of original work, including pieces from Dilks’ published books: “Bonnie’s Ball”, “The Peg People”, and “The Greatest Cake”. There will also be sketches and finished artwork from her forthcoming winter inspired tale “Wooglefog”.
As well as enjoying the beautiful illustrations, visitors are encouraged to take part in a prize draw quiz designed by Dilks for a chance to win an arty bundle! Prints of Dilks’ enchanting work, greeting cards and her books are available to purchase in the museum’s shop.
