The region’s world-class manufacturing sector has been celebrated at Insider’s Made in the Midlands Awards 2023. The event, held last night at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel, Birmingham, recognised the products, innovations and ideas from the region’s manufacturers over the past 12 months. Guests heard from Mark Stringer of Lotus Engineering and Heather Lewtas of the UK Atomic Energy Authority. The event was compered by Steve Walls and sponsored by Grant Thornton, HSBC UK and the West Midlands Apprenticeship Ambassador Network. Coventry University sponsored the networking booklet.
